What to expect from a bicycle service

A good service starts with a mechanical inspection. We look over the bicycle, identify urgent issues, and separate essential repairs from optional maintenance so you know what needs attention first.

Our workshop covers common needs such as brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and a standard tune-up. If replacement parts are needed, they are quoted separately after compatibility and price are confirmed.

Clear inspection, practical repairs, and straightforward updates before any extra work begins.

Bike Haven handles general bicycle servicing and repairs for everyday cyclists, families, and leisure riders in Tveit and nearby districts.

We use a clear process from intake to quality check. After the inspection, we confirm the scope before work continues, then complete the repair and give you a short summary when the bicycle is ready for collection.

Turnaround depends on the work required and parts availability. For many service jobs, the usual lead time is a few business days, but we do not promise completion until the bicycle has been inspected and the required parts have been confirmed.
